How to prevent high temperature failure of air compressor?

A large amount of heat is generated during the operation of the air compressor. If this heat cannot be dissipated in time, it may cause high-temperature failure of the air compressor. At this time, a radiator is needed to cool the air compressor. The air compressor radiator needs regular maintenance, otherwise it is prone to blockage. To avoid the air compressor radiator from malfunctioning, the following four "preventions" must be done.

1. Prevent the working environment temperature of the air compressor from being too high
The air compressor should be installed in a well-ventilated and low-temperature environment. It cannot be placed in the open air or in a closed environment. Too high ambient temperature will cause the air compressor to fail to dissipate heat and increase the work load of the radiator.

2. Prevent insufficient oil or deterioration of lubricating oil
Lubricating oil is very important for the normal operation of the air compressor, and has the functions of lubricating, cooling and sealing. Lack of oil or lack of oil will cause the internal friction of the air compressor to increase, and the increase in temperature will cause high temperature failure. Lubricating oil has a certain replacement cycle and needs to be replaced regularly to prevent the deterioration of the lubricating oil and cause malfunctions.

3. Prevent blockage of oil filter and air filter
The air compressed by the air compressor contains a large amount of dust and impurities. If the oil filter and air filter are not cleaned in time, these particles will block the filter element and the lubricating oil cannot flow to the location that needs lubrication, which will cause the temperature of the air compressor to rise and cause malfunctions.

4. Prevent malfunction of temperature control valve
The temperature control valve is an important component to control the internal temperature of the air compressor. It can control the temperature of the air compressor within a certain reasonable range. If the temperature control valve fails, the temperature probe cannot monitor the temperature in real time, and the air compressor is prone to high temperature failure .
